Three small things — none of them mandatory, all of them helpful.
One, watch the 12-minute course above. It's the same foundation Dr. Praharsh would walk you through in the first ten minutes of the consultation — knowing it ahead of time means we go deeper, faster.
Two, send the WhatsApp team the three resting photos and the 10-second talking clip when they ask. Dr. Praharsh reviews them before you arrive, so the 45 minutes are spent reading the face — not photographing it.
Three, if you've had any cosmetic treatment in the last six months — Botox, filler, threads, lasers, peels — please mention it. It changes how we read what we see.
Wear what you'd wear to a normal day at work. Minimal makeup is ideal — Dr. Praharsh needs to see your skin clean, especially around the eyes, the chin and the jawline. If you're already wearing makeup, that's fine — we'll give you wipes and a mirror in the consultation room.
Bring whatever helps you feel grounded: a partner, a friend, your sister, your mother. Many patients bring a notebook. We never ask anyone to wait outside. The room is built for two.
Please do. Two kinds of photos are especially useful.
First — photos of you from 5 to 10 years ago. Not because we're going to "put you back" there. Because the difference between then and now tells us what your face is asking for.
Second — screenshots or references of faces you find appealing. Don't worry about whether they're realistic for your face. Dr. Praharsh's job is to translate the quality you're drawn to (calm, rested, balanced, defined) into something your specific bone, muscle and skin can hold.
The CNF team will share the exact pin and address on WhatsApp once your clinic is confirmed. JP Nagar (5th Phase) is our flagship — it has on-premise parking and easy autorickshaw access. Kumarapark and Banashankari (2nd Stage) are by appointment only and have street parking nearby; the team will share the exact spot to park.
If you're coming by Metro, both JP Nagar and Banashankari are within a short auto ride from the nearest stations. Allow 10 minutes of buffer — Bangalore traffic is what it is.
Plan for 60 minutes door-to-door. The consultation itself is 45 minutes with Dr. Praharsh — the rest is paperwork, photographs and quiet review of your file with our coordinator.
If, during the consultation, you and Dr. Praharsh decide together to go ahead with a small treatment on the same day, we'll let you know up front. Most patients prefer a separate visit for treatment so they can sit with the plan overnight. That's the default — never a surprise.
The ₹699 consultation fee is paid once — through the WhatsApp link the CNF team sends you after they confirm your slot and clinic. It's a single payment, online, and takes about 30 seconds. Once paid, your slot is locked into your name.
You will not be asked for anything additional on the day of the consultation, regardless of how long it takes or what Dr. Praharsh recommends. If you decide to proceed with a treatment plan, the ₹699 is credited in full against the cost of your first session. If you decide not to proceed, there's no further charge — we send you the written diagnostic plan to take home or to a clinic of your choice.
Before you've paid the ₹699: reschedule freely. Just message the WhatsApp team — the soft slot moves with you, no charge, no friction.
Once you've paid: you can reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. We'll move you to the next slot that works for you, often the same week. Two or more reschedules require a small ₹500 admin fee, only because Dr. Praharsh's calendar is hand-booked and a held slot blocks another patient. Life happens — we'd much rather you reschedule honestly than no-show.
This applies once you've paid the ₹699 — before that, there's nothing to refund and you can simply step away.
Once paid: full refunds are available up to 72 hours before your appointment, no questions asked. Just message the WhatsApp team and we'll process it within 5 working days back to your original payment method.
Within 72 hours, we'll always offer to reschedule first. If a reschedule isn't possible, we transfer your ₹699 into credit against any future consultation or treatment for up to 12 months. The only thing we don't refund is a no-show without notice — because that slot couldn't go to another patient.
For the consultation alone — no. Keep your routine exactly as it is. Dr. Praharsh wants to see your face on a normal day, not a "best-behaved" day.
If a treatment is planned for a separate visit, the WhatsApp team will share a short pre-treatment list 48 hours in advance — typically pause retinoids and active acids for 5 days, no waxing or threading the day before, and no aspirin or alcohol the night before. Nothing dramatic.
That's a completely normal outcome — and one we explicitly invite. Some weeks, more than half our consultations end with "come back in three months" or "this isn't the right time."
You leave with a written diagnostic plan regardless. It's yours to take to another clinic, sit with for six months, share with a partner, or come back to whenever you're ready. The plan does not expire — and the door does not close.
